Across all our units for both spaces, Work+Store provides all-inclusive rental rates – the total sum comprising utilities fees, facilities fees, and GST. Facilities available include a powerpoint, air conditioning, and lighting. In addition, we also provide CCTV surveillance and accessibility all day long, so your space is secured and under close watch always.
We offer flexible and attractive lease terms where you get to enjoy a short period of lease and a choice of where you transfer your contract to other service or products within our premises or even our parent company, LHN Group, whereby the range includes serviced apartments and office, event locations, vending machine spots, and so forth. Our WPS units can also function as ancillary office to help with all sorts of activities like manufacturing and sales.
Individually, our Eunos and Ang Mo Kio premises also has its own perks which rental owners can enjoy during the period of the lease term.

In addition, vehicle owners can access the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) route to come down to the workplace. Accessibility aside, there are various F&B establishments closeby – so, employees and clients can find a favourite eating spot during lunch or after a meeting.
Ang Mo Kio
It is newly refurbished with new facilities, and even offer other benefits like 3 cargo lifts and 4 passenger lifts. Unlike other spaces without the appropriate facilities to help with transportation, Work+Store has them available to aid your business. Considering the convenient Central Expressway (CTE) with the accessible lifts, transporting of goods is made much easier.
The major highway provides convenience to employees and clients with personal vehicles to travel down to the building. However, there is also a bus stop right outside the building offering a direct bus to Ang Mo Kio MRT station – suitable for those who commute via public transport. An in-house canteen is available within the premises as well – so, food will not be an issue during lunchtime or after-work hours.
